Information Collected by

In addition to serving as an informational resource to help users learn more about Gregory Funding’s products and services, also hosts a borrower portal that allows users to make payments, view transaction activity, and access certain loan documents and loan servicing disclosures.  In connection with these services, we may collect or have already collected and maintain various personal information about you, including the following:

  • Social Security number and income

  • Account transactions, transaction history and account balances

  • Checking account information

  • Credit history and mortgage rates and payments

We also may collect other personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, including your email address, landline telephone number, mobile telephone number or other contact information.  We may use this information to send you Gregory Funding-related materials that provide additional information about our company and/or promotional offers, as well as to troubleshoot technical problems.  We also may send emails or texts to you in connection with your portal and transaction activity.


Our Site also collects non-personal information through Internet access logs.  When you visit, non-personal data such as your IP address is automatically collected and stored in Internet access logs.  Typically, an IP address or the other information stored in the logs is not considered personally identifiable information.

However, as with any business, Gregory Funding, or parts of it, can be sold or transferred.  Such sale or transfer would ordinarily include a sale of our customer information, which is an asset of our business.  The sold customer information may include personal information.  In the event of a proposed change of ownership, Gregory Funding will inform customers as required by law.

Gregory Funding does not track its customers over time and across third-party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.


Children’s intended audience does not include children.  We do not knowingly collect or archive any personal information pertaining to children younger than 18 years of age.
